Alt-Folk Combo Whiskey Moon Face is set to release upcoming album Formless Forms on March 23rd. The Alt Folk collective have some serious clout when its comes to knowing their instruments spending many years in New Orleans playing with Tuba Skinny and Tuba Fats. DreamWorks Animation (DWA) has named children's programming leader and former Nickelodeon executive Marjorie Cohn as its first-ever Head of Television, overseeing the production and development for DreamWorks Animation's television efforts. A 26-year veteran of Nickelodeon, Cohn most recently held the role of President, Content Development, completing a Nickelodeon tenure during which she was engaged in the development, creation and production of some of the most successful children's programs in television history including SpongeBob Squarepants, Rugrats, iCarly, and the Kids' Choice Awards. With Cohn's contributions, Nickelodeon grew to be the number one cable broadcaster in the world.

Sal Polisi will tell you he's gone from "racketeer to raconteur" and, indeed, he has. His one-man show, At The Sinatra Club, is unscripted but very, very interesting. After the Metropolitan Opera and New York City Opera, Dicapo Opera Theatre is the only opera company in New York to present an entire season of opera productions, musical theatre, concerts, family fare, and other events, and it does so in a gem of a facility tucked away on the Upper East Side at 184 East 76th Street. The Dicapo Opera Theatre is headed by General Director, Michael Capasso and Artistic Director, Diane Martindale.

The Dicapo Opera Theatre Children's Chorus performed their spring concert to sold out houses this past weekend. The 250 seat theater on the upper east side of Manhattan is home to The Dicapo Opera. The Dicapo Opera was founded in 1981 by Michael Capasso and Diane Martindale and presents a full season of opera, musical productions and concerts every year.

The Dicapo Children's Chorus performs two concerts and a fully staged music revue each season. Under the supervision of Director Diane Martindale, the children, who come from public and private schools in the greater New York area, are exposed to a rich and varied musical curriculum as well as an authentic theatre environment.
